Responsible for day-to-day IT operations and provide full technical support to ad-hoc/ maintenance customer
Possess basic experience in LAN/WAN network administration of CLI switches, firewall administration and wireless access point
Ability to diagnose and recommend solutions for technical issues promptly. Respondand coordinate system fault recovery activities and cyber security incidents
Deploy, manage and maintain software and database
Apply patches, upgrades and configuration or other procedures as required
Manage proper backup is performed and restored in periodically basis
Must be able to travel all over the island
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Familiar with Microsoft OS (XP, Windows 7, 8, 10, 2003, 2008 and 2012), serversupport in end user environment, Active Directory, Backup Executive, Firewall andSwitches, SQL database
Knowledge in network management and troubleshooting
CCNA/CCNP certification is an added advantage
At least 2 year of working experience in IT Infrastucture and/or the related field is required for this position
Good communication skills, positive attitude, team player, resourceful and possess problem solving skills
