Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day IT operations and provide full technical support to ad-hoc/ maintenance customer
- Possess basic experience in LAN/WAN network administration of CLI switches, firewall administration and wireless access point
- Ability to diagnose and recommend solutions for technical issues promptly. Respondand coordinate system fault recovery activities and cyber security incidents
- Deploy, manage and maintain software and database
- Apply patches, upgrades and configuration or other procedures as required
- Manage proper backup is performed and restored in periodically basis
- Must be able to travel all over the island
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Familiar with Microsoft OS (XP, Windows 7, 8, 10, 2003, 2008 and 2012), serversupport in end user environment, Active Directory, Backup Executive, Firewall andSwitches, SQL database
- Knowledge in network management and troubleshooting
- CCNA/CCNP certification is an added advantage
- At least 2 year of working experience in IT Infrastucture and/or the related field is required for this position
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, team player, resourceful and possess problem solving skills
- Possess Class 3 Driving License preferred
