Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations of HR and Admin functions;
  • To assist with manpower planning recruitment cycle (job posting, selection, arranging
    interviews, on‐boarding, orientation and off‐boarding process);
  • Liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass issues and other government bodies as well
    as coordinate all training courses and programs for staff;
  • Work closely with Management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale,
    and increase productivity and retention;
  • Attending to employee queries on all HR matters – resolve workplace conflicts, disciplinary
    issue, termination, etc.;
  • Update and maintain employees’ personal data and records;
  • Systematic documentation of files;
  • Any other ad‐hoc duties as assigned;

Requirements

  • Only Singaporeans;
  • Able to start work immediately and experience in IT Industry is an advantage;
  • Preferably Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline;
  • Minimum experience of 2 years’ in relevant HR recruitment experience;
  • Possess good knowledge in HR practices and labour legislation;
  • Independent, resourceful, with good problem solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Meticulous in tracking and documenting of files;
